Line (actual, implied, psychic, schematic, extension)

Line (actual)- This is an example of actual line which is the literal technique of drawing with pure lines. This is done by drawing straight/curved, and thick/thin lines.

Line (implied)- This is an example of implied lines which is lines that are not quite finished or connected. This creates the illusion of there being a line where there wasn’t one drawn. The other lines that are drawn to make this possible.

Line (psychic)- This is an example of psychic line because the physical line is not there but it is implied by the objects or lines already drawn.

Line (schematic)- This is an example of schematic line drawing. This is because this image shows the contrasting elemtns and also the abstract effect of element upon element.

Line (extension)- Extension lines are solid and are drawn perpendicular to the dimension line.
